Jeff Bauer

CEO

Jeff has been working in the medical diagnostics industry for over 40 years. Jeff has been a co-founder of 5 rapid diagnostic companies, including a founder and VP of Development for Diagnostic Consulting Network (DCN Diagnostics) in 2003, founder of Kestrel BioSciences in June of 2008. Kestrel BioSciences has been a leader in lateral-flow assay technologies for low resource environments, with R & D and production facilities in Bangkok, Thailand and Carlsbad CA, USA.

In 2017 Kestrel BioSciences USA was acquired by Planet Innovation Pty Ltd. and rebranded as Lumos Diagnostics where Jeff served as the VP of Business & Product Development. Jeff co-founded Palladium Diagnostics in 2022 and is currently CEO. Palladium Dx, located in Las Cruces, NM, develops & manufactures novel rapid diagnostic products.

Nolan Bauer

Director of Research and Development

Nolan has 15+ years experience in the medical diagnostics industry. He has developed and overseen development of 50+ assays ranging from proof of concept/feasibility through transfer to manufacturing. He co-founded Palladium Diagnostics in 2022, where he serves as Director of Research and Development, and oversees manufacturing of OEM and Palladium product lines.

Kevin Jones, PhD

Chief Technology Officer

Kevin has more than 35 years of experience in medical devices and diagnostics, having successfully led and built cross-functional and cross-organizational teams developing solutions in the health care area. He has spent more than two decades developing and commercializing rapid In Vitro Diagnostics for infectious disease, as well as developing products and protocols for both protein and genetic based population screening on a global basis.

In addition to his development and leadership experience, Kevin has worked with national and international agencies and organizations to deliver improved health care outcomes to the field and is a well-known presenter and author in the field of rapid diagnostics. Kevin currently serves as Chief Technology Office and Laboratory Director for Palladium.

Daniel Levenson

Vice President of Business Development

Daniel Levenson is a seasoned leader in the diagnostics industry, driving innovation and delivering groundbreaking solutions. With a deep understanding of the regulatory landscape, assay development, and clinical validation, Daniel has successfully brought innovative diagnostic solutions to market.

Before joining Palladium Diagnostics, Daniel led Millenia Diagnostics as CEO, driving the company's growth and development. His expertise in strategic planning, business development, and operations has been instrumental in the success of multiple organizations.

Daniel's passion for improving human health is evident in his work. He has been at the forefront of developing critical diagnostic tests, including COVID-19 and influenza assays. His dedication to scientific excellence and his ability to forge strong partnerships have earned him respect in the industry.
